Return Policy

Refund & Exchange Policy(The Third Day reserves the rights to final decision)

  1. Once an order has been confirmed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.  Normally, the order will be confirmed within 3 working days after the receipt of payment. Thank you for your patience.
  2. Since our products are tea for consumption, once it is delivered or opened, no refund or exchange will be possible. If customer requests for product replacement due to suspicion of product quality issue, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of product, we shall inspect and follow up. If no quality issue is found, no refund will be given. 
  3. If you would like to change the order or delivery method after placing the order and before accepting the shipment, please leave a comment under the comments section or contact us directly. Given exceptional circumstances, we will try our best to arrange.
  4. The time required for delivery may vary depending on the service provider. We shall not refund due to delay in our shipment, loss of goods during delivery or delay of delivery services.
  5. If the product is damaged upon receipt or is wrongly delivered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
  6. Please note all shipping / courier costs for the order and for return & exchange of products will be borne by customer.
  7. If the product exchanged is of lower value than that of the returned product, we will not refund the price difference.
